The present General Conditions regulate the acquisition of the products offered on the website https://www.360protective.com, of which 360 Protective S.L.U. (here in after 360 Protective) is the owner.
The acquisition of any of the products implies the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Special Conditions that may be applicable when acquiring certain products.
These General Conditions can be modified without previous notification, therefore, it is advisable to read carefully its content before proceeding to the acquisition of any of the products offered.

All notifications and communications between users and 360 Protective S.L.U. will be considered effective, for all purposes, when they are made through any of the means detailed above.
- ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS
The products offered, along with their main characteristics and price, appear on the screen.
360 Protective S.L.U. reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products and/or services offered to Clients. In this way, 360 Protective S.L.U. may, at any time, add new products and/or services to those currently on offer. Furthermore, 360 Protective S.L.U. reserves the right to withdraw or cease to offer, at any time, and without prior notice, any of the products offered.
All of this is without prejudice to the fact that the acquisition of any of the products can only be done through the subscription or registration of the USER. 360 Protective S.L.U. will provide the interested party with a user name and a password, which will identify and enable him/her personally to have access to the products.
Once inside https://www.360protective.com, and in order to access to the hiring of the different products, the User must follow all the instructions indicated in the purchase process, which will imply the reading and acceptance of all the general and particular conditions fixed in https://www.360protective.com.
- AVAILABILITY AND REPLACEMENTS
PRODUCTS
360 Protective S.L.U. aims to ensure the availability of all products advertised through https://www.360protective.com. However, in the event that any product ordered is not available or if the product is sold out, the customer will be informed by email as soon as the product is available.
If the product is not available, and the consumer has been informed, 360 Protective S.L.U. may supply a product of similar characteristics without an increase in price, in which case the consumer may accept or reject it by exercising his right of withdrawal and termination of the contract.
In case of unavailability of all or part of the order, and the rejection of the replacement products by the client, the refund previously paid will be made in the same way in which the payment was made
If 360 Protective S.L.U. is unjustifiably delayed in returning the amounts paid, the consumer may claim double the amount due.
- PURCHASE AND/OR HIRING PROCESS
To make any purchase at https://www.360protective.com, the customer must be of legal age.
It will also be necessary for the customer to register at https://www.360protective.com through a data collection form in which 360 Protective will be provided with the necessary information for the contract; data that in any case will be true, exact and complete about the customer's identity and that the customer must expressly consent to by accepting 360 Protective S.L.U.`s privacy policy.
It is also recommended that the client prints and/or saves a copy of the conditions of sale on a durable medium when placing the order, as well as proof of receipt sent by 360 Protective S.L.U. by email.
INVOICING
To this end, the customer consents to receive the invoice in electronic format. The customer will receive it at the time of purchase.

The final prices of all products, (and if applicable, the final prices per unit of measurement, when required) along with their characteristics, offers, discounts, etc., are reflected in each of the articles that appear in the catalog of https://www.360protective.com.

- Shipping costs: Shipping costs are included in the price.
The prices of the products can vary at any time. In this case, the price to be applied will be the one in force on the date of the order. In any case, the final cost will be communicated to the customer in the electronic purchase process before the customer formalizes its acceptance.
- PAYMENT METHODS

- RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
As established by the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost, except for those provided for in articles 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of 16 November, which approved the aforementioned text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
This right of withdrawal is not applicable to, among others:

PRODUCTS
The client will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the goods or product ordered to inform 360 Protective S.L.U of their wish to withdraw from the contract.
Withdrawal implies that 360 Protective S.L.U will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the client within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, following the same procedure chosen by the client for payment (provided that the product purchased is not within the exceptions indicated above).
During this period, the consumer will inform the company of his or her decision to withdraw from the contract by filling out the form at the end of this document and sending it to 360 Protective S.L.U 's e-mail address.
360 Protective S.L.U will communicate to the consumer on a durable medium an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal.
In order to return a product, it is essential that it is in perfect condition and in its original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used.
Once we receive your request we will contact the customer to indicate the details of the return.
The customer will bear the cost of returning the goods.
- WARRANTY
The products acquired through https://www.360protective.com have a 2 year guarantee period from the moment of purchase, which covers possible manufacturing defects of the product, as well as any breakdowns produced during this period.

- LIABILITY AND EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
The consumer and user has the right to repair the product, to replace it, to reduce the price or to terminate the contract, as established in Chapter II Title IV Book II of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
If the product does not conform to the contract, the consumer may choose between the repair or replacement of the product, both of which are free for the consumer, and which will be carried out within a reasonable period of time depending on the nature of the products and the purpose for which they were intended.
If, once the repair has been completed and the product has been delivered, it still does not conform to the contract, the consumer may demand its replacement, a reduction in price or the cancellation of the contract.

- APPLICABLE LAW
The present conditions will be governed by the Spanish legislation in force.
The language used will be Spanish.
